For example, in the regulatory field of private sector housing, we have already created an inspection / audit template relating specifically to HMO Licencing … moving on within private sector housing we are now developing further templates involving HHSRS, Immigration Inspections etc covering the full range of needs.

Likewise, a template relating to food safety inspections is currently being trialled by the Food Safety team at the London Borough of Bexley. These templates will subsequently become part of a ‘bank’ of templates which can be readily shared by all appropriate clients.
