What we collect

Nothing from visitors. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies and no profiling. Reading these pages creates no account and no record.

Cookies

None. One setting is kept in your browser so the site opens in light or dark as you left it. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.

If you contact us

We keep your message and your address in order to reply and to manage the commercial relationship it concerns, for as long as that relationship and our legal obligations require. It is added to no mailing list and sold to nobody.

Licensed deployments

How data is handled inside a Kairos deployment is set by the licence agreement for that deployment, since it depends on how the software is installed and operated. This page covers the website.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to contact@kairos-systems.com.
